It's finally here. MTV has announced that it's new show, Geordie Shore will air on 24th May.

Prepare yourself for grenades and GTL UK style as the Jersey Shore spin-off hits Newcastle.

MTV promises that their new masterpiece will still be full of beautiful people, fake-tan, short-shorts and six packs (the good kind, I am sure), oh and did I forget to mention the cat-fights?

The cast details have been released and the geniuses at MTV have not disappointed us. The cast of tanned beauts includes 20-year-old barmaid Charlotte-Letitia, Abercrombie and Fitch model lookalike 23-year-old Gaz, the boy next door Greg, baby of the house 18-year-old Holly, muscle-man James, unemployed Jay, Self-proclaimed Ladette Sophie and 23-year-old Vicky.

If the US hit show Jersey Shore is anything to go by I am sure that it will be a whirlwind of parties, tantrums and false eyelashes.


All I can say is move aside TOWIE there is a new, much more tanned, kid on the block. Don't miss out, make sure you toon in 24th May, MTV.
